Customer Relationship Executive - Studio Covers
Studio Covers is a premium home textiles brand expanding across D2C, retail, and hospitality. We're hiring a Customer Relationship Executive to own all external-facing coordination.
What you'll do:
- Handle customer care - queries, complaints, resolutions
- Be the marketplace POC (Amazon etc. - listings, issues, escalations)
- Be the retail store POC
- Manage our trade program - building relationships with interior designers and architects
- Support light research and sourcing tasks
What we're looking for:
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Comfortable switching tone across audiences - retail customers, trade professionals, hotel clients
- 1-3 years in customer service, account management, or client relations
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
