Job Summary

We are seeking a data-driven and results-oriented Performance Marketer to drive user acquisition, merchant onboarding, and app downloads through high-performing digital campaigns. The ideal candidate should have expertise in paid advertising, campaign optimization, analytics, and lead generation with a strong focus on ROI and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), YouTube, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
- Drive app installs, merchant acquisition, customer registrations, and lead generation for the Mera Payment App.
- Monitor and improve campaign performance by optimizing CPC, CPA, CTR, ROAS, and conversion rates.
- Manage advertising budgets and ensure maximum return on investment (ROI).
- Conduct A/B testing for creatives, landing pages, and ad copies to improve campaign performance.
- Track campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Google Tag Manager, and other analytics tools.
- Collaborate with the creative, content, and sales teams to develop high-converting campaigns.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.




- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, algorithms, and advertising platforms.

Eligibility

- Experience: 2–5 Years in Performance Marketing or Digital Marketing.
- Qualification: Any Graduate / MBA (Marketing) preferred.
- Languages: English & Tamil. Hindi is preferred.

Salary

₹30,000 – ₹60,000 per month (Based on Experience)
