About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Project Architect who can independently handle architectural projects from concept development through design, documentation and site execution.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in residential, hospitality, villas, bungalows, luxury developments or large-scale projects and should be confident in coordinating with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors and internal management.

This is a hands-on role requiring strong design, technical, coordination and execution capabilities. The candidate should be capable of taking ownership of projects and making day-to-day architectural decisions with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities1. Architectural Design & Development

- Develop architectural concepts and design proposals according to the project brief, site conditions and overall design vision.
- Take projects from concept design to design development and execution.
- Develop plans, elevations, sections, layouts and detailed architectural solutions.
- Maintain design intent and quality throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide creative and practical design solutions considering functionality, aesthetics, budget and constructability.

2. Master Planning & Site Planning

- Assist with master planning and overall site development.
- Plan zoning, circulation, building placement, access and site utilization.
- Coordinate architectural planning with landscape and other site requirements.
- Understand site constraints and develop practical design responses.

3. Working & Construction Drawings

- Prepare accurate working drawings, construction drawings and architectural details.
- Develop detailed drawings for:
- Flooring
- Ceiling
- Doors and windows
- Staircases
- Façade
- Wall finishes
- Joinery
- Bathrooms
- Kitchen areas
- Other architectural elements
- Ensure drawings are clear, coordinated and suitable for execution.
- Review and update drawings based on site conditions and project requirements.

4. Consultant Coordination

- Coordinate with structural, MEP, landscape, façade, interior and other consultants.
- Review consultant drawings and identify discrepancies or clashes.
- Ensure architectural drawings are properly coordinated with structural and MEP requirements.
- Follow up with consultants to ensure timely delivery of required drawings and information.

5. Site Execution & Supervision

- Conduct regular site inspections and monitor architectural execution.
- Ensure construction is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications and design intent.
- Identify execution issues, discrepancies and clashes at an early stage.
- Provide explicit architectural instructions to contractors and site teams.
- Review workmanship, materials, finishes and detailing.




- Coordinate with contractors and vendors for smooth execution.
- Review shop drawings and material samples.
- Resolve site-related architectural issues independently wherever possible.

6. Client & Management Coordination

- Attend client meetings and design discussions.
- Present concepts, design developments, 3D views and proposed materials.
- Understand client requirements and convert them into practical design solutions.
- Communicate confidently with senior management.
- Provide regular project updates regarding design, drawings, execution and timelines.

7. Material & Design Coordination

- Assist in material selection based on design requirements, quality and project standards.
- Review material samples and finishes.
- Coordinate material details with vendors and contractors.
- Ensure materials and finishes used on site match the approved design.

8. Project & Documentation Management

- Maintain architectural drawings, revisions, project documentation and records.
- Prepare schedules, trackers and project-related reports.
- Coordinate multiple deliverables and ensure timely submission of drawings.
- Track design and execution requirements against project timelines.
- Maintain proper documentation and drawing control.

Project Experience Preferred

Experience with projects similar to Savannah Serenity or other premium/luxury developments will be an advantage.

We are specifically looking for an architect who can take ownership of a project rather than only prepare drawings.

The successful candidate should be able to understand a design, develop it into a complete architectural package, coordinate all relevant stakeholders and ensure that the final execution reflects the approved design.

Strong AutoCAD + SketchUp skills, architectural detailing, site execution experience and independent decision-making ability are essential.
