- Buyer Presentations & Pitching: Create pitch decks and present residential/commercial projects to prospective home buyers, closing sales leads through structured walkthroughs.
- Market Research: Conduct competitor analysis, price benchmarking, and demand-supply mapping to guide project positioning.
- Collateral & Digital Asset Development: Partner with design, branding, and PR agencies to build marketing brochures, project websites, and promotional collateral.
- Agency & PR Management: Brief creative agencies, run media campaigns, and oversee all internal and external brand communications.
- Social Media & Online Presence: Strategy, execution, and performance tracking across all social media platforms and digital marketing channels.
Requirements:
- MBA/Graduate in Marketing or related fields with proven real estate sales and branding experience.
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and copy-briefing skills.
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
