Lab Technician

Job Type: Full time / Part-Time

Experience: 1–5 Years preferred (Fresher also can apply)

Qualification: B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Microbiology, Biotechnology, DMLT/PGDMLT or relevant laboratory qualification.

Job Description:-

We are looking for a Lab Technician – Embryology Lab to support the day-to-day laboratory operations of our IVF and fertility centre. The candidate should be detail-oriented, disciplined, hygienic, and comfortable working in a clinical laboratory environment.

Key Responsibilities:-

Assist the embryology team in routine IVF laboratory activities and procedures.

Handle and maintain laboratory samples, consumables and equipment as per SOP.

Perform basic laboratory preparation, cleaning, labelling and documentation.

Maintain accurate laboratory records, registers and procedure-related documentation.

Follow strict infection control, hygiene and laboratory safety protocols.

Ensure proper handling,



storage and identification of samples and laboratory materials.

Monitor laboratory stock, consumables and maintain timely stock records.

Assist senior embryologists/clinical staff during IVF laboratory procedures as assigned.

Maintain cleanliness and readiness of the embryology laboratory.

Follow all hospital and department SOPs, quality standards and confidentiality requirements.

Report any equipment, sample, stock or procedural issue immediately to the concerned senior/team head.

Working Hours:-

Full-Time: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Part time:- 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM OR 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM
