Job Summary

Sky Ocean Shipping is looking for a motivated and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage recruitment activities and help build a solid and talented workforce.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment and selection processes.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen CVs and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial interviews and coordinate management interviews.
- Schedule interviews and maintain candidate communication.
- Prepare and release job offers and coordinate joining formalities.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
- Follow up with selected candidates until joining.
- Meet recruitment targets and hiring timelines.
- Support employer branding and recruitment activities.
- Coordinate with departments to understand hiring requirements.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.




- Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Experience in shipping, logistics, freight forwarding, or related industries is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of recruitment platforms and sourcing techniques.
- Ability to work with targets and meet deadlines.
- Good negotiation and candidate-management skills.
- Proactive, organized, and team-oriented approach.
