Executive – Full Stack Developer

Key Responsibilities

● Develop, maintain, and optimize web applications across frontend and backend systems

● Work closely with developers, designers, strategists, and other cross-functional teams to deliver project requirements

● Build responsive and user-friendly interfaces using modern frontend technologies

● Develop and integrate backend functionalities, REST APIs, databases, and third-party services

● Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code following established development practices

● Perform testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of applications

● Assist with application deployment, monitoring, and performance optimization

● Participate in improving development workflows, automation processes, and application scalability

● Use AI-powered development tools to improve coding efficiency, productivity, and problem-solving

● Stay updated with emerging technologies, frameworks, and modern software development practices





● Collaborate with senior developers to understand technical requirements and implement effective solutions

Required Skills & Qualifications

● Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field

● 1 – 3 years of professional experience in full stack development

● Good understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern web development concepts

● Working knowledge of frontend frameworks such as React.js or Next.js

● Understanding of backend technologies and REST APIs

● Familiarity with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or similar database systems

● Basic to intermediate understanding of Git/GitHub and version control

● Ability to debug applications and identify technical issues

● Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

● Positive communication and collaboration skills

● Ability to learn new technologies and adapt to changing project requirements

● Strong interest in modern software development and emerging technologies

Mandatory Requirement — AI Tool Proficiency

Candidates must be comfortable using modern AI-assisted development and productivity tools to improve development efficiency and workflow. Experience or familiarity with tools such as:

● Cursor

● Claude

● Runway

● Midjourney

● Other AI-powered development, automation, or creative tools
