HIRING: B2C ADMISSIONS COUNSELLOR

AE Global Group is looking for a target-oriented and student-focused B2C Admissions Counsellor to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle student and parent enquiries through calls and digital leads
- Counsel students on countries, universities, courses, fees, scholarships and eligibility
- Convert qualified leads into applications and enrolments
- Manage follow-ups and maintain strong student relationships
- Assist with documentation and application coordination
- Update CRM records and prepare regular reports
- Achieve monthly counselling, application, enrolment and revenue targets
- Stay updated on university programmes, intakes and admission requirements

Requirements:





- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Excellent communication, counselling and sales skills
- Strong follow-up, negotiation and relationship-management abilities
- Comfortable working with targets and CRM systems
- Experience in education counselling, study abroad, EdTech or B2C sales preferred
- Freshers with excellent communication and sales aptitude may also apply

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
