Job Title: Business Development & Client Onboarding Intern (Hospitality Tech)

Duration: 6 Months (Performance-based conversion to Full-Time after 3 months)

Stipend: ₹8,500/month + Performance Incentives per closed subscription

About the Role

Vacaylabs is looking for motivated Business Development Interns to expand our footprint in the hospitality technology space across India. In this role, you will scout independent villa and homestay owners, introduce them to our proprietary booking management platform, conduct product walkthroughs, and help them scale their rental business.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Generation: Identify and source potential villa and vacation rental owners.
- Outreach & Pitching: Connect with property owners, present Vacaylabs' subscription-based management system, and articulate its value proposition.
- Product Demos: Walk prospective clients through live platform demonstrations, answering queries and guiding them through onboarding.
- Client Handholding: Serve as the initial technical touchpoint to help newly onboarded hosts operate the software independently.
- Pipeline Management:



Track outreach, follow-ups, and conversions systematically.

Requirements

- Language Skills: Fluent in Malayalam and English (mandatory). Working proficiency in Hindi is strongly preferred to handle pan-India outreach; additional Indian languages are a plus.
- Communication: Confident verbal communication, active listening, and strong presentation skills over phone and video calls.
- Tech Comfort: Quick learner capable of understanding software workflows and explaining features simply to non-tech-savvy hosts.
- Drive: Self-starter mindset with an appetite for sales targets and earning uncapped incentives.
