Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced General Manager – MEP to lead and manage our overall MEP project operations. The candidate will be responsible for project execution, team management, client coordination, procurement coordination, cost control, quality, safety and timely project completion.

The ideal candidate should have robust experience in Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Fighting projects, preferably in the MEP contracting/construction industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the complete MEP project operations. Monitor all ongoing projects and ensure achievement of project targets. Establish priorities and coordinate resources across multiple project sites. Ensure effective coordination between Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Fighting teams. Review project progress and resolve operational issues. Manage and monitor multiple MEP projects from execution to completion.
- Coordinate Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Fighting activities. Monitor project progress, manpower, materials, billing, cost and profitability. Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and project stakeholders.
- Review project schedules, BOQ, drawings, specifications and execution plans. Coordinate with Purchase and Stores teams for timely availability of materials. Monitor subcontractor performance, productivity, quality and progress.
- Review project billing, variations, collections and commercial matters. Identify project delays,



risks and technical issues and implement corrective actions. Ensure compliance with company quality and safety standards.
- Conduct regular project review meetings and submit MIS reports to Management. Support business development, estimation and project planning when required.
- Plan manpower requirements for projects. Monitor Engineers, Supervisors, Technicians, Skilled Workers and subcontractors. Ensure adequate manpower deployment at each site. Evaluate performance of Project Managers and Site Teams. Identify training and development requirements.
- Monitor subcontractor performance, productivity and quality. Review subcontractor work progress and payment recommendations. Ensure subcontractors follow project specifications, safety requirements and schedules. Take corrective action against poor performance or delays.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships. Drive team performance and achieve organizational project and financial targets.
- MIS & Management Reporting Review on Daily / Weekly / Monthly Project MIS. Monitor, Project progress, Billing, Collections, Material status, Manpower, OT, Project cost, Procurement, Variations, Pending approvals, Delays, Profitability.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
