We are looking for a responsible and technically skilled Civil Engineer / Site Supervisor to supervise civil construction and infrastructure work at our project site in Gangad. The candidate will be responsible for daily site execution, labour and contractor coordination, quality control, material management, and timely completion of work as per approved drawings and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

1. Site Execution & Supervision

- Supervise daily civil construction and site development activities.
- Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and instructions.
- Monitor excavation, earthwork, PCC, RCC, foundation, masonry, flooring, drainage, and other civil works.
- Check line, level, alignment, dimensions, and work quality.
- Identify site issues and coordinate with management for timely resolution.

2. Highway & Infrastructure Work

- Supervise road-related civil works, including earthwork, subgrade, drainage, shoulders, and related infrastructure.
- Monitor execution of road and site development activities as per project requirements.
- Coordinate with contractors for proper sequencing and timely completion of work.

3. Labour & Contractor Management

- Allocate daily work to labour and contractors.
- Monitor attendance, manpower deployment, and productivity.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and ensure proper work execution.
- Maintain discipline and ensure workers follow site instructions.

4. Material & Equipment Management





- Check availability of cement, sand, aggregate, steel, bricks, and other construction materials.
- Coordinate material requirements with the stores and purchase team.
- Monitor material consumption and minimize wastage.
- Ensure proper use and handling of construction equipment.

5. Quality & Safety

- Ensure civil work is executed according to required quality standards.
- Check reinforcement, shuttering, concreting, curing, and other construction activities.
- Ensure workers use required PPE and follow site safety procedures.
- Report unsafe conditions, defective work, and material issues immediately.

6. Documentation & Reporting

- Prepare daily progress reports (DPR).
- Maintain records of manpower, material consumption, and work progress.
- Record site measurements and completed work.
- Report delays, site problems, and additional requirements to management.
- Assist in preparing work schedules and progress updates.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of civil construction and site supervision.
- Ability to read and understand civil drawings.
- Knowledge of RCC, reinforcement, shuttering, masonry, and road-related works.
- Good labour and contractor management skills.
- Basic knowledge of measurements and quantity calculations.
- Knowledge of MS Excel and daily reporting.
- Positive communication and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹10,963.27 - ₹37,732.17 per month
