Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Receptionist to join our Mumbai office. The ideal

candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of prior experience in a similar role.

Key Responsibilities:

● Receive and handle phone calls professionally.

● Attend to guests and visitors, ensuring a welcoming workplace.

● Coordinate various office activities efficiently.

● Manage inward and outward correspondence.

● Maintain and update the phone directory.

● Coordinate messages and communications between attorneys and clerks.

● Utilize Google Sheets and Excel Sheets for various administrative tasks.

Requirements:

● Minimum of 2 years of experience as a receptionist or in a similar role.

● Proficient in using Google Sheets and Excel Sheets on a laptop.

●Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
