- Review incoming enquiries/RFQs and understand customer requirements, specifications, and tender documents.
- Study drawings, BOMs, and technical specifications to identify the scope of supply and estimation requirements.
- Analyze customer needs and prepare Bill of Materials, deviation list and detailed product configurations.
- Coordinate with customers, suppliers and internal teams to obtain quotation.
- Prepare techno-commercial offers, ensuring compliance with customer requirements and company standards.
- Work closely with Sales, Engineering, Design and Procurement to gather necessary inputs for estimation and proposal preparation.
- Maintain estimation records, costing sheets, quotation files,



and supporting documents for future reference.
- Update enquiry status, quotation submissions, and estimation progress reports as required by management.

WHAT YOU BRING

- 5 of experience in estimation, tendering and proposal preparation in electrical engineering.
- Strong understanding of technical drawings, specifications, BOMs & costing.
- Excellent analytical, communication & negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems & costing tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting & meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Education:

- Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

- Tendering manager: 4 years (Preferred)
