Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic fresh graduates who want to begin their careers in Business Analysis, Artificial Intelligence, and Automation.

This opportunity is primarily suitable for candidates from MBA, M.Com, BBA, B.Com, BA, MA, and similar educational backgrounds who want to upgrade their skills and move into AI-driven business roles.

No advanced technical or coding experience is required. Candidates should have good communication, analytical thinking, and a strong willingness to learn and work with modern AI and automation tools.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand and document business requirements.
- Study existing business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare process flows, reports, user stories, and business documents.
- Coordinate with business and technical teams.
- Support AI and automation-based business projects.
- Identify repetitive tasks that can be automated.
- Assist with testing, validation, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Analyze business data and prepare reports using MS Excel.
- Work with AI tools, automation platforms, and digital workflows.
- Research emerging trends in AI, automation, and digital transformation.

Required Skills

- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to understand and document business processes.
- Robust interest in AI,



automation, and technology.
- Willingness to learn new tools and concepts.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- No prior coding experience is mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications

Candidates who have recently completed or are in the final year of:

- MBA or M.Com
- BBA or B.Com
- BA or MA
- Economics, Finance, Management, Commerce, or related programs

Freshers with internships, academic projects, certifications, or exposure to business operations, data analysis, process management, ERP, or digital tools will be preferred.
