Educational Qualification

- Minimum Higher Secondary (Plus Two) qualification.
- Diploma or Graduation will be an added advantage.

Experience

- Fresher to 6 months of experience in Telecalling, Telesales, Customer Service, Cosmetics, FMCG, Healthcare, Wellness, Retail or a similar field.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with up to 6 months of relevant experience will be considered.

Required Skills

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic sales and convincing ability.
- Customer-friendly attitude.
- Good telephone etiquette.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Knowledge of WhatsApp and digital communication.
- Good follow-up skills.
- Willingness to achieve sales targets.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work as part of a team.

Language: Valuable communication in Malayalam and English is preferred. Knowledge of Hindi or other local languages will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
