We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Officer to join our Real Estate & Construction company. The candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling the company’s properties, construction services, and related offerings while maintaining strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, sales abilities, and a passion for achieving targets.

- Promote and sell residential, commercial, and construction projects to prospective clients.
- Generate leads through field visits, references, digital marketing inquiries, and networking activities.
- Conduct property presentations, site visits, and client meetings.
- Follow up with potential customers and convert inquiries into sales.




- Maintain strong relationships with existing and current clients.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable property or construction solutions.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets assigned by management.
- Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions and sales records.
- Coordinate with the marketing and project teams for smooth customer service.
- Participate in exhibitions, property fairs, and promotional campaigns.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
