Drone Pilot – Remote Operations (Night Shift)

Position : Drone Pilot – Remote Operations
Location: HSR Layout, Bengaluru
Shift Timing: 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM IST (Night Shift)
Compensation: ₹40,000 to ₹50,000 per month, based on experience and skills.
Job Summary
We are seeking experienced and DGCA-certified Drone Pilots to join our Remote Operations team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of hands-on experience in drone operations, with a strong preference for candidates who have worked extensively with DJI drones.
In this role, you will remotely monitor and support drone missions conducted across various industrial projects, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor drone missions remotely from our Bengaluru office.
- Conduct pre-flight checks and validate mission parameters.
- Monitor live flight data and respond to operational alerts or exceptions.
- Coordinate with field teams to ensure seamless execution of drone operations.
- Maintain accurate mission logs and operational reports.
- Ensure strict adherence to DGCA regulations, company SOPs, and safety protocols.
- Troubleshoot operational issues and escalate technical concerns when required.
- Support continuous improvement of remote operations processes.
Eligibility Criteria
- Valid DGCA Remote Pilot Certificate (mandatory).
- Minimum 1 year of professional experience as a Drone Pilot.
- Hands-on experience with DJI drones is strongly preferred.
- Good understanding of drone flight planning, operations, and safety standards.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with mission planning software.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work night shifts (9:00 PM to 6:00 AM) from the Bengaluru office.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in industrial applications such as mining, solar, infrastructure, or construction.
- Knowledge of drone data collection workflows and operational documentation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and technology-driven environment.
