Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise daily floor operations
- Lead, motivate, and monitor staff performance
- Ensure excellent customer service
- Maintain discipline and proper workflow on the floor
- Handle customer queries and resolve complaints professionally
- Monitor sales, targets, and daily performance
- Maintain cleanliness, presentation, and operational standards
- Prepare daily reports and coordinate with management
Skills Required
- Robust communication and leadership skills
- Good team-management abilities
- Customer-service oriented
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to handle pressure and multitask
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
