ESTATE LEAD - Estate Manager

Location: Executive / On-Site

Reports To: Family Office / Principal Leadership

ROLE SUMMARY

The Estate Lead is strategically responsible for the multi-property oversight, governance, and operational execution of a portfolio of luxury residences and bungalow managers. This role drives operational excellence by designing standardized service protocols, enforcing high-level governance, and maintaining fiscal responsibility across all estates while ensuring complete strategic alignment with family objectives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Portfolio Governance & Multi-Property Oversight

- Direct daily operations across multiple luxury residences, ensuring consistency, discretion, and high service delivery.

- Lead, mentor, and evaluate Bungalow Managers and property teams to maintain transparent performance benchmarks and accountability.

- Formulate and enforce standardized SOPs, service guidelines, and governance frameworks across all properties.

- Function as the primary operational liaison to the Family Office, supplying executive dashboards, status reports, and key operational metrics.

Financial Operations & Asset Management

- Manage portfolio-level financial operations, including initial budgeting, cost optimization, and full accountability for CAPEX and OPEX.

- Negotiate high-value vendor contracts, evaluate service-level agreements (SLAs), and foster long-term strategic supplier partnerships.

- Plan and execute refurbishment, construction, and property enhancement projects from concept through completion.





Team Leadership & VIP Services

- Structure, recruit, and onboard high-performing property personnel while leading continuous skill-development programs.

- Orchestrate large-scale domestic and international events, executive gatherings, and high-net-worth VIP receptions across estates.

- Establish comprehensive risk management frameworks, physical security protocols, and safety compliance procedures across all assets.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience: 18+ years of progressive leadership in luxury estate management, premium hospitality, or private property portfolio oversight.

- Team Leadership: Proven track record of managing multi-tier estate staff and individual property managers.

- Financial Oversight: Strong expertise in managing large-scale budgets, vendor negotiations, and financial reporting.

- Project Management: Demonstrated ability to lead structural upgrades, major renovations, and new build projects.

- Reporting Capability: Expert capability in developing structured MIS reporting and executive decision-making dashboards.
