Manage Amazon FBA shipments including shipment planning, label creation, reconciliation, and coordination with Amazon FCs.
- Handle 3PL warehouse operations including inbound, outbound, inventory tracking, and stock audits.
- Coordinate with 3PL partners for order processing, dispatch, and returns handling.
- Monitor and reduce RTO (Return to Origin) rates by identifying root causes.
- Track SLA performance across courier and warehouse partners and act on breaches.
- Ensure accurate inventory sync between systems (Amazon, 3PL, OMS).
- Resolve operational issues related to delays, damages, or lost shipments.
- Maintain reports on shipments, returns, SLA performance, and inventory.

- Coordination with 3PL team for all the open orders.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central and FBA shipment workflows.




- Strong understanding of 3PL warehouse operations (inbound, picking, packing, dispatch).
- Experience in RTO management and reduction strategies.
- Ability to track and manage SLA metrics.
- Solid analytical and Excel/Google Sheets skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- Attention to detail and process-driven approach.

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
