Job Description

Lead the deployment of the 5S methodology across the organization.

Conduct periodic 5S audits to achieve and maintain the targets.

Raise 5S non-conformance reports and ensure that corrective and preventive actions are completed within established timelines.

Promote and facilitate Participative Innovation initiatives by encouraging team involvement and overseeing the process from idea generation to recognition.

Select and propose the top innovations each month for formal recognition and organize events to celebrate the winners.

Monitor and support the advancement of QRQC (Quick Response Quality Control) maturity at various organizational levels, providing guidance and support to leaders to drive further improvement.

Follow the lean projects progress and update the associated KPIs and dashboard.

Track, report, and update IMP (Improvement) KPIs.

Job Requirements

Data Analysis, Data Consolidation and Reporting.

Business Excellence for manufacturing/automotive Industry.

Experience in supporting and monitoring of Continuous Improvement activities.





Ability to motivate teams for better participation towards continuous improvement activities.
