Role Summary

We are looking for seasoned end-to-end support, administration, and optimization of Veeva Vault Clinical solutions, ensuring seamless system operations, user adoption, compliance, and alignment with clinical business processes

What You’ll Do

The Veeva Vault Clinical Ops support senior Analyst is responsible for

Veeva Vault Clinical System solutions, supporting implementation, configuration, and optimization activities.

Daily responsibilities include troubleshooting system issues, providing user support and training, managing enhancements and releases, and documenting best practices and governance standards.

Collaborating with business and technical stakeholders to execute data migrations and system integrations (e.g., EDC) connected to Veeva Vault.

Managing user accounts & permissions, applying role-based access principles and conducting user access reviews.

Providing technical support and guidance to internal and external Vault Clinical users, ensuring timely resolution of system issues and user inquiries.

Oversee user training and development & maintenance of comprehensive training resources to drive user adoption and support effective system use.

The individual will collaborate with clinical operations, IT, and business stakeholders to gather requirements, design workflows, and ensure CTMS processes align with regulatory and organizational standards.

Must-Have Skills

1) 4+ year experience on experience leading a Veeva Vault Clinical Support Operations

2)4+ years of expertise in Veeva CTMS/eTMF configuration, administration, and workflow design, with hands-on experience supporting clinical trial operations.

3) 4+ Years of Experience with integrating Veeva Vault with other clinical applications

Knowledge of IT security protocols and regulatory compliance requirements (e.g., FDA 21 CFR Part 11,) including implementing secure access controls and ensuring data integrity and audit trails in clinical systems.

5) Ability to quickly diagnose system issues, troubleshoot effectively, and implement solutions independently.

6) Proficiency in collaborating with cross-functional teams, communicating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, and delivering user training and mentoring.

7) Prior experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, CRO, or healthcare IT environments, especially in clinical systems, is highly beneficial.

8) Background in life sciences, information technology, or a related field; a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant discipline is preferred.

Good to Have

Veeva Vault Platform Administrator or Veeva Clinical Operations Administrator certification is required, with demonstrated strong knowledge of Veeva configuration tools .

What Success Looks Like (6–12 Months)

- Ensure stable and efficient operation of Veeva Vault Clinical applications, consistently meeting support SLAs and maintaining high user satisfaction.
- Successfully deliver system enhancements, releases, integrations, and data migration activities with minimal defects and rework.
- Establish strong governance through effective user access management, compliance adherence, and periodic access reviews.




- Drive user adoption and operational efficiency by providing training, maintaining documentation, and partnering with stakeholders to optimize clinical processes.
