Sales Executive – Real Estate

Job Responsibilities:

- Generate new leads through calls, references, online platforms and other sources.
- Contact potential customers and understand their property requirements, budget and preferences.
- Explain project details, property features, pricing, payment plans and offers.
- Arrange and conduct property/site visits for interested customers.
- Follow up regularly with leads through calls, WhatsApp and meetings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Handle customer queries and resolve concerns throughout the sales process.
- Negotiate with customers and convert leads into bookings and sales.
- Coordinate with the internal team for documentation, booking and sales formalities.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, site visits and sales activities.

Qualification:

- Minimum Graduate in any discipline.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.




- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM is an advantage.
- Positive, confident and target-oriented attitude.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.

Experience:

- 1–3 years of experience in real estate sales, property sales or field sales preferred.
- Freshers with good communication and strong sales aptitude may also apply.
- Experience in handling leads, site visits and closing property deals will be an advantage.
