Title: Recruitment Intern

Location: Remote/ Work from Home

Position Summary:

We are seeking a high-energy, ambitious Recruiter Intern to join our fast-paced staffing and recruitment agency. You will learn how to identify top talent, build talent pipelines, and manage candidate relationships across various industry verticals. This is a target-driven role ideal for individuals looking to launch a lucrative career in recruitment, sales, or talent advisory.

Key Responsibilities:
Candidate Sourcing: Utilize job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, and internal databases to identify active and passive candidates.

Resume Screening: Review high volumes of applications against specific client job requirements to shortlist top-tier talent.
Initial Assessments: Conduct phone screens to evaluate candidate skills, availability, salary expectations, and cultural fit.

Database Management: Maintain strict data integrity by updating candidate profiles and pipelines within ATS/Excel.

Interview Coordination:



Schedule interviews between candidates and client stakeholders, ensuring transparent communication.

Market Research: Map target companies and track industry trends to uncover new talent pools and lead-generation opportunities.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Education: Recently graduated with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.

Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills; comfortable making high volumes of phone calls.

Tech Savviness: Proficiency in Google Workspace/MS Office; familiarity with LinkedIn or database searching is a strong plus.

Mindset: Highly resilient, competitive, and target-driven with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹6,000.00 per month
