Job Summary

We are looking for an Architectural Draftsman with 2–3 years of experience in the real estate/construction industry to prepare accurate architectural drawings, plans, layouts, and technical documentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and revise accurate architectural drawings, including floor plans, unit plans, layouts, sections, details, and area statements using AutoCAD.
- Develop fixture layouts, door & window schedules, dimensions, levels, and other architectural documentation.
- Read, interpret, and coordinate architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project teams to implement design changes and project requirements.
- Maintain organized drawing records and documentation.

Required Skills





- Proficiency in AutoCAD with good knowledge of architectural drafting, detailing, dimensions, levels, and sections.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop.
- Solid attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good coordination and communication skills.

Qualification

- Diploma / Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in real estate, construction, or architectural consultancy.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
