2. Reel Conceptualisation & Editing

Brainstorm creative reel ideas aligned with current trends and the brand's aesthetic, shoot content during events where required, and edit engaging, high-quality reels.

3. Creative Strategy & Trend Research

Stay updated with Instagram trends, viral formats, music, and content ideas, while constantly bringing fresh, out-of-the-box concepts to make The Crossover Table's social media stand out.

Candidate Preferences

- Highly creative with a strong eye for aesthetics, storytelling, and visual content.
- Passionate about social media, Instagram trends, reels, and digital culture.




- Comfortable conceptualising, shooting, and editing engaging short-form video content.
- Someone who understands food, hospitality, lifestyle, and experiential brands would be a plus.
- Proactive and full of ideas—we’re looking for someone who can bring fresh concepts to the table rather than simply execute instructions.
- Comfortable attending and creating content during supper club events.
- Solid understanding of what makes content engaging and shareable on Instagram.
- Based in Mumbai would be preferred.

Pay: ₹4,500.00 - ₹5,000.00 per month
