Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities for technical, non-technical, and managerial positions. The candidate should have strong sourcing skills, excellent communication, candidate-handling ability, and experience in bulk/manufacturing recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from manpower requisition to joining.
- Understand manpower requirements and prepare effective recruitment strategies.
- Source candidates through Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, consultants, walk-ins, and campus recruitment.
- Handle recruitment for Production, Maintenance, Quality, CNC/VMC, Engineering, Safety, HR, and other manufacturing positions.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate technical interviews with respective department heads.
- Manage candidate follow-up, salary negotiation, selection, offer release, and joining formalities.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and daily/weekly recruitment reports.
- Handle bulk recruitment and shop-floor manpower requirements.
- Coordinate with manpower consultants and recruitment agencies.
- Conduct campus drives, job fairs, walk-in drives, and recruitment campaigns.
- Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for critical and recurring positions.
- Monitor recruitment TAT, joining ratio, offer-to-joining ratio, and source effectiveness.




- Coordinate pre-employment documentation and background verification.
- Support onboarding and ensure smooth joining of selected candidates.
- Prepare and present recruitment MIS reports to management.
- Ensure recruitment activities comply with company policies and applicable labour requirements.

Qualification

- MBA / PGDM / MSW / MA HR / Any relevant HR qualification
- Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and HR practices.

Preferred Experience

- 5–8 years of relevant recruitment experience.
- Candidates with manufacturing industry recruitment experience will be preferred.
- Experience in hiring Production, CNC/VMC, Maintenance, Quality, Engineering, and shop-floor manpower will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹13,325.49 - ₹40,000.00 per month
