We are looking for an experienced Implementation Manager to lead the successful implementation of Shopify websites, e-commerce solutions, and digital products. The role requires robust coordination between clients, Shopify Developers, Product Developers, Designers, QA, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Own the complete implementation lifecycle from requirement gathering to project launch.

- Understand client requirements and translate them into clear technical and functional tasks.

- Manage Shopify website development, customisation, integrations, and product implementations.

- Coordinate with Shopify Developers, Product Developers, Designers, QA, and other internal teams.

- Create project plans, timelines, milestones, task allocations, and delivery schedules.

- Track project progress and ensure timely completion of deliverables.

- Manage Shopify themes, apps, third-party integrations, payment gateways, shipping, APIs, and other e-commerce requirements.

- Coordinate product development and ensure requirements are properly documented and implemented.

- Conduct regular project reviews and communicate progress, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders.

- Identify implementation challenges and ensure timely resolution.

- Manage client communication, approvals, feedback, and change requests.

- Coordinate UAT, testing, bug fixing, deployment, and go-live activities.

- Ensure proper documentation, handover, and post-launch support.

- Monitor project scope, timelines, resources, and quality.

- Identify opportunities to improve implementation processes and delivery efficiency.

- Ensure multiple Shopify and product development projects are managed effectively.

Requirements

- 3–5+ years of experience in Project Management, Implementation Management, Product Management, E-commerce, or Technology Operations.





- Strong understanding of Shopify and e-commerce website development.

- Experience managing Shopify Developers and Product/Technology teams.

- Good understanding of Shopify themes, apps, APIs, integrations, checkout, payment gateways, and third-party tools.

- Ability to understand technical requirements without necessarily being a hands-on developer.

- Strong project planning, coordination, and execution skills.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

- Experience managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

- Good knowledge of project management tools such as ClickUp, Asana, Trello, Jira, or similar platforms.

Preferred Qualifications

- Shopify or Shopify Plus implementation experience.

- Experience with D2C, E-commerce, Retail, or Marketplace businesses.

- Understanding of frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, or similar.

- Basic understanding of APIs, databases, webhooks, and third-party integrations.

- Experience working with product development teams.

- Experience in an agency or client-facing technology environment.

- Shopify certification or relevant technical certification is an advantage.
