We are hiring a Store Manager – Pharmacy & Wellness in Thiruvananthapuram.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily store operations.
- Lead and schedule the store team.
- Handle sales targets and customer service.
- Manage stock and inventory.
- Monitor staff performance and discipline.
- Coordinate with HR and prepare reports.
Requirements:
- Experience: 5–10 years.
- Qualification: B.E. / B.Pharm preferred.
- Positive team leadership and management skills.
- Experience in store operations preferred.
