- Manage and create content for Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
- Develop ideas for reels, posts, stories, and social media campaigns.
- Research trends and identify opportunities to increase engagement and reach.
- Assist in managing social media calendars and content planning.
- Work on chatbots, AI-based customer interactions, and automated responses.
- Assist in creating, testing, and improving chatbot flows and conversations.
- Track social media and chatbot performance and suggest improvements.

Requirements

- Prior experience managing social media pages or creating social media content.
- Hands-on experience with chatbots or chatbot/AI tools.
- Positive understanding of Instagram and current social media trends.
- Creative thinking and strong communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of Canva or similar content creation tools.
- Curious, proactive, and willing to experiment with new AI and social media tools

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
