About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Business Development Executive (BDE) to help grow our business. Your primary responsibility will be to contact users who have downloaded our mobile application, explain its features and benefits, assist them with any queries, and convert them into paying customers. You will also provide customer support and ensure a positive user experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Call customers who have downloaded or registered on our app.
- Explain app features, benefits, pricing plans, and services.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Convert leads into paying customers and achieve sales targets.
- Follow up with potential customers through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Provide customer support and resolve basic queries.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Build long-term relationships with customers.
- Collect customer feedback and share insights with the team.

Requirements





- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and/or English.
- Confident and professional phone etiquette.
- Basic computer and internet knowledge.
- Ability to work independently from home.
- Solid convincing and sales skills.
- Customer-focused attitude and problem-solving ability.
- Previous experience in telecalling, customer support, sales, or business development is a plus.
