Job Purpose
Achieve overall business targets on volumes and profitability for NTB customers in Infrastructure Finance. Ensure portfolio growth and management aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Asset Growth
Identify and scope clients for asset growth.
Ensure year-on-year asset growth as per targets.
Acquire new customers to increase the asset book.
Monitor portfolio performance using ALM, Tableau, and MIS.
Core Income
Plan and achieve income targets annually.
Monitor portfolio to meet monthly revenue plans.
Maximize revenue through tailored product offerings.
Ensure growth in fee and NFB income lines.
Liability
Ensure Liability responsibilities are completed.
Key Objectives
Meet key objectives set by senior management.
Promote cross-sell of bank products and branch business.
Achieve PSL/Agri targets for the portfolio.
Engage customers in digital banking initiatives.
Qualitative Objectives
Build relationships with internal and external customers.
Track client calls and ensure CRM updates.
Mentor and motivate team members to achieve targets.
Monitor market trends and competition.
Housekeeping
Achieve liability growth aligned with asset growth.
Act as the bank's representative for all customer needs.
Collaborate with branch channels for product delivery.
Maintain a healthy portfolio with proper housekeeping.
Ensure timely resolution of NPAs and write-offs.
Manage CAM renewals and ensure compliance with guidelines.
Education:
CA, PGDM/MBA, or Engineering from a reputed institute.
Certifications:
AMFI, NCFM, CAIIB (optional).
Key Competencies
Robust communication, financial management, selling skills, time management, problem-solving.

Customers, Credit and Policy, Operations, Product Team, Retail Branch Banking, Trade/Forex/Treasury/Salary/Digital Teams.
