Position: Curriculum Coordinator (SEL Program)

About the Role

We are looking for a Curriculum Coordinator to support the implementation and ongoing development of our Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) programme for students across Grades 1–8 across our network of schools.

This is a hands-on role that brings together curriculum, teacher engagement and programme coordination. You will work closely with the Mindful Me team to help ensure that curriculum resources, teacher training, communication and programme implementation are coordinated effectively and consistently across schools and regions.

We are looking for someone organised, proactive and an excellent communicator, who is comfortable working with teachers, school teams and internal teams across a large school network.

What You’ll Work On

Curriculum & Resource Support

- Support the development, review and organisation of lesson plans, teacher resources, presentations and other programme materials used across the school network.
- Proofread and review resources for clarity, consistency and usability across different school contexts.
- Coordinate curriculum updates, feedback and revisions across different grades and units.
- Maintain organised records and versions of curriculum and training resources.

Teacher Engagement & Communication

- Support regular network-wide communication with teachers and schools regarding Mindful Me.
- Respond to teacher queries and help teachers across schools access the information and resources they need.
- Follow up with teachers and school teams on programme activities, feedback and implementation.
- Help create clear and engaging teacher communication, updates and support resources.




- Build positive and responsive relationships with teachers and school teams across the network.

Training & Teacher Support

- Coordinate large-scale teacher training across schools, including communication, registrations, attendance, materials and follow-ups.
- Support the development of training presentations, activities and resources for teachers across the network.
- Assist during virtual and in-person teacher training sessions.
- Over time, take opportunities to facilitate parts of teacher training and teacher-engagement sessions.

Programme Coordination

- Coordinate day-to-day programme requirements across multiple schools, teachers, regions and internal teams.
- Maintain network-wide teacher and school databases, trackers, calendars and programme documentation.
- Coordinate the sharing of curriculum and training resources through relevant platforms.
- Follow up with schools on timelines, submissions and programme requirements to help keep implementation on track.
- Work with different internal and school teams to support consistent programme delivery across the network.

Feedback & Implementation Support

- Help collect and organise teacher feedback, reflections and implementation information from across schools.
- Identify recurring teacher questions, implementation challenges and support needs across the network.




- Prepare simple summaries and updates to help the team understand programme implementation and trends across schools.
- Support ongoing improvements to curriculum, training and teacher support based on feedback and implementation experiences from across the network.

What We’re Looking For

- Graduate or postgraduate qualification in Education, Psychology, Child Development, Humanities, Social Sciences or a related field.
- Approximately 2–4 years of relevant experience, ideally in curriculum coordination, curriculum development, academic coordination, teaching, teacher support or education programme coordination.
- Prior experience working as a Curriculum Coordinator, Academic Coordinator, Curriculum Developer or in a similar education-focused role would be an advantage.
- Experience working with multiple schools, teachers or education programmes would be an advantage.
- Confidence communicating and coordinating with multiple stakeholders across different schools and teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisation and follow-through, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and timelines.
- Good attention to detail, particularly when reviewing curriculum, training and communication materials.
- Comfortable using Google Workspace/Microsoft Office and learning new digital platforms.
- An interest in Social-Emotional Learning, student wellbeing and teacher development is an advantage.
- Experience supporting teacher training, workshops or career development would be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
