Job Summary

ShikshaSphere is looking for an experienced and engaging SSC GD Reasoning Teacher to conduct high-quality online live classes. This is a part-time, fully remote, work-from-home position.

The ideal candidate should have a strong command of the SSC GD General Intelligence and Reasoning syllabus, excellent teaching and communication skills, and their own professional studio setup suitable for live streaming and video production.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct interactive live Reasoning classes for SSC GD aspirants.
- Cover the complete SSC GD General Intelligence and Reasoning syllabus in a structured manner.
- Teach verbal and non-verbal reasoning using simple, logical and exam-oriented methods.
- Explain concepts, shortcuts and question-solving techniques clearly.
- Conduct topic-wise and full-syllabus practice sessions.
- Solve Previous Year Questions (PYQs) and Previous Year Papers (PYPs).
- Conduct mock tests, test discussions and detailed solution sessions.
- Record exam-oriented generic and concept-based videos.
- Create engaging educational short videos for YouTube and social media platforms.
- Maintain accuracy, clarity and consistency across all live and recorded content.
- Engage with students during live sessions and resolve their academic doubts.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Graduation from a recognised university.




- Minimum 1 year of experience teaching Reasoning for SSC or other government competitive examinations.
- Strong knowledge of the latest SSC GD General Intelligence and Reasoning syllabus and examination pattern.
- Excellent command of verbal and non-verbal reasoning topics.
- Excellent Hindi communication, teaching and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain logical concepts, shortcuts and problem-solving techniques clearly.
- Previous experience conducting live classes on YouTube or other online platforms is preferred.
- Comfortable appearing on camera and creating both long-form and short-form educational videos.
- Ability to work independently and maintain a consistent teaching schedule.

As this is a fully remote position, the candidate must have their own professional studio setup, including:

- 75-inch interactive panel or digital teaching board
- High-quality wireless headset microphone, such as the Sennheiser XSW 1-ME3-A, or an equivalent skilled system
- 4K PTZ camera
- Six professional 2×2-foot panel lights
- High-performance, heavy-duty computer system
- Reliable power backup
- Stable internet connection with speed of up to 1000 Mbps
- Properly lit, audio-treated and distraction-free teaching environment
- Other essential equipment required for professional live streaming and video recording
