Job Title: Quantity Surveyor – Construction loction: Karur, Tamil Nadu erience: 2–3+ Years Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our construction team in Karur. Responsibilities: - Quantity take-off and BOQ preparation. - Prepare estimates and rate analysis. - Prepare and evaluate vendor/subcontractor quotations. - Measurement, billing and RA bill preparation. - Track project quantities, costs and variations. - Coordinate with Site, Procurement and Project teams. - Maintain accurate quantity and cost records. Requirements: - 2–3+ years of experience in Construction Quantity Surveying. - Valuable knowledge of BOQ, estimation, billing and rate analysis. - Good communication and English skills. - Good knowledge of MS Excel and AutoCAD. - Building/industrial construction experience preferred.
