- Robust and comprehensive liquor knowledge is mandatory.
- Excellent knowledge of trending cocktails, mocktails, and mixology.
- Strong understanding of bar operations and industry standards.
- Menu planning, beverage costing, inventory & stock management.
- Vendor coordination and procurement of bar-related products.
- Maintain quality, hygiene, safety, and compliance standards.
- Train and supervise bartenders and bar staff.
- Develop innovative beverage concepts and seasonal menus.
- Monitor beverage sales, wastage, and profitability.
- Good knowledge of bar equipment, techniques, and presentation.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team-management skills.

Qualifications:

- WSET certification preferred.
- BHM / B.Sc. in Hospitality or equivalent qualification.
- Relevant experience in a reputed hospitality/restaurant environment.

Preference: Candidates from Mumbai preferred.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
