Key Responsibilities
1. School & College Outreach
* Visit schools, colleges, universities, coaching centres, and other educational institutions to introduce Anjion Learning programs.
* Identify and approach relevant decision-makers such as principals, heads of departments, teachers, placement officers, student coordinators, and management representatives.
* Establish and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions.
* Identify opportunities for seminars, orientations, workshops, career sessions, awareness programs, and student interaction sessions.
* Coordinate and facilitate institutional visits and student engagement programs.
2. Program Promotion
* Present Anjion Learning’s programs clearly and effectively to students and institutional representatives.
* Explain program features, benefits, course structure, faculty, learning methodology, and enrollment process.
* Conduct presentations and promotional sessions for students whenever required.
* Distribute and coordinate promotional materials such as brochures, posters, flyers, and digital resources.
* Represent Anjion Learning professionally during all institutional interactions.
3. Lead Generation & Conversion
* Generate qualified student leads through school and college visits, events, seminars, campaigns, and direct outreach.
* Collect and maintain accurate lead information.
* Coordinate with the inside sales/admissions team for timely follow-up.
* Track leads from initial contact → counseling → enrollment.
* Follow up with institutions and student groups to maximize conversions.
* Work towards achieving monthly enrollment and lead-generation targets.
4. Institutional Partnerships
* Develop long-term relationships with schools and colleges.
* Explore opportunities for institutional collaborations and student outreach partnerships.
* Negotiate and coordinate mutually beneficial promotional activities, subject to management approval.
* Maintain a database of institutions and key contacts.
* Identify recent institutions and unexplored geographical areas for expansion.
5. Events & Student Engagement
* Organize and coordinate career guidance sessions, orientation programs, workshops, seminars, and promotional events.
* Coordinate with academic and marketing teams to ensure smooth execution of events.
* Engage directly with students and understand their academic and career requirements.
* Collect student feedback and communicate relevant insights to the management and academic team.
6. Market Intelligence
* Research competing coaching centres, EdTech companies, and educational programs operating in the region.
* Identify emerging opportunities for student acquisition.
* Gather information regarding student preferences, institutional requirements, competitor offerings, and market trends.
* Provide regular feedback to management regarding field-level market conditions.
7. Reporting & Performance Tracking
* Maintain daily records of field visits and institutional interactions.
* Submit regular reports covering:
* Institutions visited
* Key contacts met
* Students reached
* Leads generated
* Events conducted
* Follow-ups required
* Enrollments generated
* Maintain the outreach pipeline using Google Sheets/CRM or other systems used by Anjion Learning.
* Review performance against assigned monthly targets.
Pay: ₹9,830.86 - ₹34,377.98 per month
