Job Title: Operations Manager – Highway Cafe & EV Station.

Location: NH 544 (Near Panniyankara Toll Plaza, Vadakkenchery area).

Shift Timings: Afternoon Shift.

Compensation: 20000 - 22000 per month based on experience

About the Role

We are seeking an energetic, proactive Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day running of our highway cafe, retail car accessory counter, and EV fast-charging hub. In this role, you will act as the single point of contact (SPOC) reporting directly to the designated partners, taking complete ownership of customer experience, floor operations, and business performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Floor & Facility Management: Oversee the smooth running of the cafe dining area, kitchen dispatch, and EV charging bays during the shift. Ensure clean, well-lit, and welcoming premises at all times.
- Billing & Cash Desk: Handle counter POS billing, process Cash/UPI transactions, manage daily cash drawer reconciliations, and handle incoming Zomato online delivery orders.
- Customer Relations & Reputation: Welcome highway travelers and local guests, gather direct dining feedback, resolve customer grievances promptly, and actively drive positive 5-star ratings on Google Maps and Zomato.
- Inventory & Asset Tracking: Conduct daily opening and closing stock audits for food ingredients, packaging, beverages,



and retail car accessories.
- Team Coordination: Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure order prep times remain under 8–10 minutes and food quality standards are consistently maintained.
- Monthly Strategic Contribution: Review monthly sales trends with the partners and present actionable ideas for menu tweaks, cost savings, customer retention, or promotional offers.

Candidate Profile & Requirements

- Experience: 2 to 3 years of supervisory, floor lead, or customer relationship experience in cafes, QSRs, restaurants, retail counters, or hospitality lounges.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable operating Android billing tablets/POS systems, UPI soundboxes, and food delivery merchant apps.
- Communication Skills: Fluent in Malayalam and conversational English (fluency in Tamil is an added advantage for highway travelers).
- Leadership & Reliability: Punctual, honest, capable of managing evening rushes independently.
