Key Responsibilities

- Deliver instructor-led Photoshop training sessions.
- Explain Photoshop tools and design concepts through practical demonstrations.
- Conduct hands-on exercises and real-world design projects.
- Prepare lesson plans, assignments, and practical assessments.
- Guide students in creating professional design projects and portfolios.




- Review student work and provide constructive feedback.
- Teach industry-standard design practices and workflows.
- Help students develop practical and creative design skills.
- Stay updated with the latest Photoshop features and design trends.
- Coordinate with the academic team for batch scheduling and student progress tracking.

Our Requirements

- 1–3 years of relevant industry experience in Graphic Design, Photoshop, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Adobe Photoshop.
- Good understanding of graphic design principles and creative workflows.
- Experience working on real-world design projects.
- Ability to explain design concepts in a simple and practical manner.
- Ability to conduct hands-on training sessions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Previous training or teaching experience is preferred.
- Good communication skills in English and the local/native language.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring.

Employment Type

Full-Time – Offline

- Work Schedule: 8 hours per day
- Mode: Offline / In office
- Training Locations: Bangalore, Kovilpatti, Virudhunagar & Tuticorin

Part-Time / Freelance – Online

Suitable for working professionals and freelancers.

- Weekdays: 1 hour per day
- Weekends: 2 hours per day
- Mode: Online / Remote

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, Fine Arts, Animation, or a related discipline.
- Relevant certifications in Adobe Photoshop, Graphic Design, or Adobe Creative Cloud will be an added advantage.
- Strong portfolio or real-world design experience is preferred.
