Eligibility Criteria (As per UGC Norms)Candidates must strictly meet the minimal qualifications stipulated by the UGC Regulations on Minimum Qualifications for Appointment of Teachers:

- Educational Qualifications:
- First-class Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent discipline.
- Ph.D. Degree in Management or a closely related functional area from a recognized University.
- Experience:
- A minimum of 10 years of teaching experience in a University/College as an Assistant Professor/Associate Professor/Professor, OR equivalent experience in a designated research position at a university or national-level institution.
- Alternative Corporate Pathway: An outstanding qualified with a Ph.D. and a minimum of 10 years of proven, high-level industry experience in senior management roles,



demonstrating significant contributions to the field.
- Research & Publications:
- A stellar track record of research with a minimum of 10 high-quality publications in peer-reviewed or UGC-CARE listed / Scopus / ABDC journals.
- Successfully guided doctoral (Ph.D.) students is highly desirable.
- Administrative Acumen:
- Proven experience in academic administration (e.g., as Head of Department, Associate Dean, or Director) with a thorough understanding of financial budgeting and faculty governance.

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
