- Sample Coordination: Arrange the dispatch of chemical product samples and safety data sheets to prospective clients.
- Customer Communication: Act as a link between clients, the technical team, and production units to resolve inquiries and complaints.
- Logistics and Tracking: Track shipments and coordinate with the supply chain to ensure timely delivery of chemical goods.
- Account Maintenance: Maintain customer records, track outstanding payments, and support receivables management.
- Market Research: Gather basic data on competitor pricing and product availability to help update sales forecasts.
