We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Relationship Manager to join our growing team The ideal candidate will be responsible for customer communication, lead follow-up, client support, and maintaining solid customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and inquiries.
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into business opportunities.
- Provide product and service information to prospective customers.
- Maintain regular communication with existing customers.
- Address customer concerns and coordinate with internal teams for timely resolutio Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Experience in Academic Counselling, Telecalling, Customer Service will be preferred.
Required Skills
- Fluent communication in English, and Malayalam.
- Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
- Good telephone etiquette and communication abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
