Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Sales professional with a strong technical background in industrial automation, CNC machines, metrology, or industrial equipment. The candidate will be responsible for business development, client relationship management, sales planning, market analysis, and achieving business growth across the assigned region.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in industrial automation and vision inspection.
- Generate leads and convert prospects into long-term customers.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial offers.
- Support pricing strategies based on market conditions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate technical and commercial solutions.
- Analyse market trends, competitors, and customer requirements.
- Forecast and plan sales for the assigned region.
- Identify new market opportunities and support business expansion.
- Project sales volumes for existing and new products.




- Coordinate with internal product and engineering teams.
- Provide market feedback for product and service improvement.

Required Skills & Experience

- 6–9 years of relevant sales experience.
- Experience in Industrial Automation / CNC Machines / Metrology / Industrial Equipment.
- Knowledge of measuring instruments and metrology.
- Experience in sales of CNC Milling, CNC Lathe, or Sliding Head machines.
- Understanding of industrial automation and special-purpose machines.
- Robust negotiation, presentation, communication, and analytical skills.
- Ability to communicate in English, Hindi, and the local language.
- Strong business development and client relationship management skills.

Additional Requirements

- Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
- Candidate should have access to a laptop/mobile for work; company will provide one if unavailable.

Pay: Up to ₹1,100,000.00 per year
