About the Role

Konel Electric Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a responsible and hardworking Store Assistant / Store Helper to support day-to-day store operations.

The selected candidate will be responsible for product packing, preparing parcels for courier dispatch, arranging products, maintaining stock, and supporting overall store management activities.

Key Responsibilities

* Pack products properly and safely according to dispatch requirements.

* Prepare parcels and ensure they are ready for courier dispatch and forwarding.

* Coordinate the timely dispatch of packed orders through courier services.

* Arrange and organize products systematically inside the store.

* Assist in day-to-day store management and operations.

* Maintain and monitor stock levels and ensure products are properly accounted for.

* Check incoming and outgoing products and keep the stock area organized.





* Ensure products are stored safely and are easily accessible when required.

* Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and productive store environment.

* Support other store-related duties as assigned by the management.

Candidate Requirements

* Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th.

* Previous experience is not mandatory; freshers can also apply.

* Must be comfortable with packing, parcel preparation, and courier dispatch activities.

* Should be comfortable handling products and arranging stock.

* Basic understanding of store and stock-related activities will be an advantage.

* Responsible, punctual, and hardworking.

* Should be physically comfortable with routine store activities.

* Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.

Salary & Benefits

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Staff Benefit: Insurance

Probation Period: 1 Month

Work Details

Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM

Working Days: 6 Days per Week
