Sales manager - Casablanca, puducherry

Key Responsibilities

- Drive daily and monthly store sales targets and revenue growth.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve individual and store targets.
- Ensure excellent customer service and a premium shopping experience.
- Monitor key retail KPIs including conversion, ATV, and sales performance.
- Manage day-to-day store operations, stock, visual merchandising, and floor discipline.
- Ensure strong product knowledge and adherence to brand standards.
- Handle customer queries and escalations professionally.
- Conduct team briefings, coaching, and performance reviews.
- Coordinate with VM, Warehouse, Retail, and Head Office teams.




- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards.

Requirements

- Graduate with 1- 3 years of experience in retail sales.
- Experience in premium/luxury, fashion, lifestyle, leather, or multi-brand retail preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, customer service, and sales skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing teams.
- Valuable understanding of retail KPIs and store operations.
