Job Summary:

Mangla Rubber Technologies is seeking an experienced CRM Executive to manage client

relationships, handle queries, and ensure smooth communication between customers and the

company. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, experience in CRM

software, and a customer-first attitude.

Responsibilities:

Manage and update customer data .

Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages from clients..

Track and follow up on client requirements.

Prepare reports on customer interactions and CRM activity.





Support onboarding of recent clients and maintain positive relationships.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales , client servicing, or customer support.

Excellent fluency in spoken and written English is a must,

Basic to intermediate computer skills (MS Office, Email, Internet).

Good verbal and written communication in Hindi &; English.

Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

Min. education: graduate
