Position: Customer Support Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to handle client interactions, understand their requirements, provide appropriate information, and ensure a positive client experience. Candidates with customer support and sales experience will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls from clients and prospective customers.
- Understand client requirements and provide appropriate information regarding our legal services.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication with clients.
- Coordinate with the legal and internal teams to address client queries.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, follow-ups, and leads.
- Convert qualified leads into appointments or potential business opportunities.
- Handle customer concerns professionally and ensure timely resolution.
- Achieve assigned calling, follow-up, and conversion targets.
- Maintain a professional and courteous approach while communicating with clients.

Requirements





- 1–3 years of experience in Customer Support, Telecalling, Sales, or Client Relationship Management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to handle customers professionally and patiently.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Sheets is an advantage.
- Candidates with experience in sales or lead conversion will be preferred.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
