Company profile - UPAY (UnderPrivileged Advancement by Youth) is a non-profit organization founded in 2010 to provide quality education to underprivileged children across India. It currently operates 40 centers, including learning, skill development, and library centers, benefiting over 10,000 children with the support of 380+ volunteers. UPAY follows a unique "Education for Education" model, where former students become teachers in their communities. Its mission is to create sustainable social change by making quality education accessible to underserved children.

1. Conducted classes for underprivileged children.

Requirements / Qualification-

1. Currently pursuing/completed Graduation.

2. Positive communication and teaching skills.

3. Basic knowledge of Mathematics, English, and Science.

4. Passion for working with underprivileged children.

5. Ability to manage a classroom and motivate students.
