Ideal Candidate

- We are looking for someone who has directly owned revenue, pricing, and inventory decisions, preferably across multiple properties.
- The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, demand forecasting, OTA performance, and distribution strategy, rather than experience limited to reservations operations.
- Candidates from hotels, resorts, hostels, serviced apartments, hospitality startups, or experiential-stay brands are encouraged to apply. Experience managing revenue across a portfolio of properties will be a robust advantage.

PMS Experience (Preferred)

- PMS is Easy Absolute, and candidates with hands-on experience using the platform will be strongly preferred,



as they can ramp up quickly and take ownership of the function with minimal onboarding.
- Candidates without Easy Absolute experience may still be considered if they have a strong track record in revenue management and demonstrate the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems.

Hiring Objective

The individual will be responsible for ensuring that pricing, inventory, OTA distribution, reservations, and forecasting are continuously monitored, optimized, and aligned with business goals across the entire portfolio.

What We're Looking For

This is not an execution-only role. We are looking for a business owner mindset, someone who is comfortable making independent pricing and revenue decisions, taking accountability for commercial outcomes, and working closely with founders and leadership to drive portfolio performance.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
