Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Executive to generate and qualify B2B leads from the US market. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, confidence in cold calling and email outreach, and the ability to identify key decision-makers and create sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new B2B leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, email campaigns, web research, and online databases.
- Research US-based companies, identify potential prospects, and gather relevant contact information.
- Identify and connect with key decision-makers such as CEOs, Founders, Directors, HR Managers, IT Managers, and Business Heads.
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and effectively communicate the company's products/services.
- Qualify leads based on business requirements, budget, authority, and potential purchase intent.




- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects through calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
- Schedule qualified appointments and sales meetings for the Business Development/Sales team.
- Maintain accurate and updated prospect information in the CRM system.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls, leads, qualified prospects, and meetings booked.
- Track lead-generation activities and prepare regular performance reports.
- Stay updated on US market trends, target industries, competitors, and customer requirements.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead-generation strategies and conversion rates.

Pay: ₹10,079.50 - ₹40,546.74 per month
